Learn to use all your different emotions for positive motivation

Lets face it… we are all bipolar by definition.  We go through a range of emotions and sometimes it seems we can’t control our outside influences and their effect on our emotional well being.  Anger is one of the most heated energies we have, and when we realize how powerfully positive it can become, we can have an entire new outlook on anger.  This is the force that drives people to murder, to “seeing red”…. but we must realize it is just an energy, and it is actually a gift for motivation.

Anxiety is another huge energy we possess.  It keeps some people from living the lives they want, that is how powerful it is.  But when we overcome anxiety, we are blessed with a sense of accomplishment… and we can actually use our anxiety for positive energy.  If you are giving a speech, scared to fly, scared to aproach a girl or guy when your out…… you can learn to take this anxiety and find confidence and energy.  Recognize that the energy you possess is simply that, energy, and you can steer it any direction you choose.

Fear is much like anxiety, it is incredibly powerful.  Overcoming fear leads to some of the most fulfilling experiences in life.  Fear lets us know we are alive, and that our body and mind are in tune with our surroundings.  However, don’t let fear control you.  Learn to control fear.

Learning to control all emotions and the energies they harness will lead to a new found life.  When you recognize these energies to simply be ENERGIES…. don’t label them, you can steer the energy however you want.  So next time one of these emotions creeps up on you…. harness it, and turn it to motivation.  You control the energy, it is a gift, not a curse.

“The higher your energy level, the more efficient your body The more efficient your body, the better you feel and the more you will use your talent to produce outstanding results.”

Be content to simply Be yourself

When you know who you truly are, life will take care of the rest.

The supreme good is like water,

which nourishes all things without trying to.

It is content with the low places that people disdain.

Thus it is like the Tao.

In dwellling, live close to the ground.

In thinking, keep to the simple.

In conflict, be fair and generous.

In governing, don’t try to control.

In work, do what you enjoy.

In family life, be completely present.

When you are content to be simply yourself

and don’t compare or compete,

everybody will respect you.

Listen to music daily

Music is amazing.  It is medine, it is everything.  A great way to increase quality of life is bringing more music into it.  Start small, but make sure you are listening to at least 5-10 minutes a day, and try and work your way up.  I don’t know if this has been done, but if you did a scientific research, you would see that music is directly related to peoples moods and happiness etc.  Be careful in choosing your music, and observe how different types of music can be valuable at different times.

Just being aware of the power of music can help you accomplish whatever it is you are seeking to accomplish, however, it will definitely enhance your well-being.

“one good thing about music, when it hits, you feel no pain”

Once you’ve decided to be happier, you can choose strategies for achieving happiness

Once you’ve decided to be happier, you can choose strategies for achieving happiness

A good way to start become aware if you are truly happy or not is start to grade your happiness.  Like a test in school.

If your like most of us, you are probably somewhere in the satisfactory level… say 70%.  Now a good drill to do is set yourself a goal (say 75%)

Just like school, In order to get better, you must prepare.  So you must identify negative thoughts and habits, and challenge them.  Practice gratitude, forgiveness,  find friendships, do a new activity, get outside your “bubble”, travel!  Something as simple as going to the gym once a week can raise your happiness score a few percent….

Remember that 100% is rare, won’t last, and will constantly change.  Its good to know that life is always a circular test with ups and downs.  But learning happy habits and positive thoughts, will raise your average, and raise your life.  Small Steps, small change, will yield the results you deserve.  Stay hungry for improvement till your last breathe.
