Lesson: Silence helps everything

The past few days I have been paying close attention to my senses.
Try walking with your eyes closed. Pay attention to your senses.

A great way to find the center, is to do nothing, and exist in silence.

While being in silence, pay attention to all sounds, sites, your surroundings.

This is a taste of getting close to the flow of life, the natural, slow flow of life.

Just be in silence, if you begin to practice this everyday, you will gain clarity and control.

Lesson: When everything is a lesson…

A lot of life comes in bits in pieces.  The highs, the lows… sobers, unsobers…. however you see it… but we all want the same thing…  The ritches, the dreams, the realization of a purpose…

The one thing that can help us with false goals, is to take lessons from everything

The one thing that can help us with bad feelings, is to take lessons from everything…

 

on and on.

 

Point is, when we get lessons from all that surrounds us….. we are seeing clearly.  Always be the student because the universe is by far a greater teacher.

lesson: a new goal- be content

Contentment eludes so many of us these days.  In a fast paced world, where culture has great influence, it is easy to not really see clearly until you are on your death bed.  It is my goal to learn contentment now, for I feel that is when living truly begins.  There will obviously be highs and lows, but just because our journey is not constant, does not mean we have to waiver being content.

In a lesson that is coming later, I divulge into what we really need as a human.

-Clean Air

-Clean water

-Rest and Relaxation

-Sunshine and Shelter

-Mental balance and harmony

-correct food

-Fasting

-Exercise and Activity

 

 

Now when we take a look at this list…. this is attainable for MOST of us, if not ALL of us reading this.   But how often do we forget our foundation.  How many days have you gone to bed without being completely present during that day…..

Being content will be delivered when you live in balance.  The above list is the foundation, the simplicity.  We don’t need mansions, millions of dollars, a new job, things to go our way more often, etc.   We need to appreciate the simple beauty of life and nature.  Use the above list as your first step towards contentment.  Contentment is found in simplicity, not being content is the universe telling you to adjust your path and tune in to happiness.

Lesson: Love what you have NOW


 

 

 

The more you recognize and express gratitude for the things you have, the more things you will have to express gratitude for.

 

 

It is easy for us to get caught up in our day to day ambitions and tasks…. our goals, our dreams…. but in order to bring all that we desire…. we must recognize that we have all that we desire.

This train of thought is actually the ultimate goal, CONTENTMENT, and with being content and appreciating what we have in the present moment, the riches of the world will come to your future.

Its always inside

 

“Whatever feelings you have within you are attracting your tomorrow.

 

Worry attracts more worry. Anxiety attracts more anxiety.  Unhappiness attracts more unhappiness.  Dissatisfaction attracts more dissatisfaction.

AND…

 

Joy attracts more joy.  Happiness attracts more happiness.  Peace attracts more peace.  Gratitude attracts more gratitude.  Kindness attracts more kindness.  Love attracts more love.  Your job is an INSIDE one.  To change your world, all you have to do is change the way you feel inside.

Lesson: For a Great morning habit

Habits create our day.  Days create our lives.

 

It is important to form a great morning habit.  This is the building block we must begin with.  When you wake up, have a routine that will increase the positivity of your day.  There are a few tips

 

-excercise

-eat healthy

-meditate

-read

-smile, have a quote

-read something positive

 

There are infinite possibilites…. decide what routine suits you and your lifestyle best, but make sure you are aware of the routine you use to catapult your day.

 

Also, make sure you continually read positive thinking books.  The more you read on positive thought, and wisdom about happiness and tapping into the energies of the universe, the more power you will have to lead the life you want to live.

2 Pillars

I believe that there is energy.  This is the source.

 

Than we are 2 pillars.  Mind and Body.

 

The lesson of the 2 pillars is the greatest foundation introductory lesson we have at TM.  The Mind creates our world, the body gives us the ride.

 

To enjoy life…. we must tune into our 2 pillars.  We must take care of them, and be mindful of their existence.

 

When we speed through life… We abuse our pillars by simple lack of awareness and respect.

The answer to everything that arises.

Seek Knowledge.  Take care of you.

 

1.  Seek Knowledge.

Constantly learn…. Learn everything.  To always be open to growth makes you not an asshole.  Books, internet…. any knowledge you seek is there….. specifics aren’t important… what is important that you want to learn daily.

 

2.  Take care of you.

 

Excecise is amazing… make it your church, temple, place of worship…. this is true religion.   Celebrate yourself by enhancing… run, work out, yoga, play sports, meditate.

Eat well….. Just pay attention to your ride… its the only one you will have on earth, and if you take care of it… it will only bring you better things.
