Lesson 23 : Relax Daily

 

Relax, Enjoy, and be Happy.  Relaxation is a big part of living a prolonged life.  Some suggested tips for relaxing.  Hypnosis, Meditation, Yoga, Read, Slow walk, do nothing, paint, drink tea.  It is important to just spend a little time daily away from noise.  Exercising daily will help with your relaxation and is essential to rid your body of toxins… which in turn will help you relax later in the day.

Just remember to relax…. Even just counting your breathes now.   Breathe in, hold, breathe out.  This adds years to your life, this slows down life , this helps you become mindful.  Becoming mindful slows down time and prolongs life.  Practicing relaxation will help you become present.
