Lesson 24 : Develop a good morning routine

We are people of habit.  And our habits ultimately make up who we become.  If your goal is to be happy and healthy and enjoy your days, it is important to have a good morning routine.  Here is just a few things that could help maybe make your morning a little more efficient, however, the lesson is to develop your own routine that leaves you feeling refreshed, happy, and energized.

 

  • smile as soon as you wake up
  • give thanks/pray
  • meditate
  • do some yoga
  • exercise (gym, push ups, run, etc)
  • walk , walk your dog
  • eat HEALTHY  (smoothies, fruits, etc)
  • drink a cup of tea
  • read a book
  • brush your teeth/floss
  • shower/bath
  • read a positive article or quote  (read us!)
  • write a task list our for the day

It is important to develop good habits, this will ultimately leave you with better days.
